A team of Pillsbury lawyers, led by Corporate partner and global leader of Pillsbury’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices Steve Amdur, advised leading global merchant bank The Raine Group and its flagship growth equity fund, Raine Partners, on its recent investment into Voldex, the premier home for top games on Roblox. Raine’s investment supported Voldex’s acquisition of Brookhaven, the largest life simulation title on the platform and a consistent top three game by concurrent users (CCU) on Roblox.

The acquisition expands Voldex’s user base to over 145 million monthly active players, making it the #1 Roblox developer by audience according to Voldex’s estimates, as reported in a press release.
