Areas of Focus

Nina Bakhtina has a practice that includes general corporate and securities law matters, with a focus on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, PIPE transactions and general corporate advisory work for private and public companies.

While in law school, Nina was the programming director for the Law Women’s Caucus, and a member of the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab and the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Nina was an associate at a New York office of an international law firm.
