Luke Hartman focuses his practice on patent litigation, prosecution and counseling. He specializes in patents related to software, including artificial intelligence (AI).

Luke assists clients with all phases of the patent life cycle. He has litigated complex patent disputes involving software and electromechanical devices. His patent prosecution and counseling experience spans software, AI, machine learning (ML), electronics, mechanical devices and more. Luke has also conducted patent portfolio assessments, prepared patentability opinions, and handled appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
