Pranav Gangele

Pranav Gangele focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and venture capital transactions, and securities law compliance.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, Pranav gained experience working as an associate in the alternative entities and structured finance departments of a law firm in Wilmington, Del. Before becoming an attorney, Pranav was an accountant at a management services firm. While in law school, Pranav was an associate editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and worked as a law clerk for a law firm in Arlington, Va.
