A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partner Nicole Islinger advised Core One Solutions LLC, a mission focused company dedicated to solving the toughest national security challenges, in its recent acquisition of Calhoun International, an intelligence planning and analysis provider for the Department of Defense, among other national security customers.

The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

According to recent coverage, the acquisition is part of a push to expand the delivery of mission-critical support to agency customers within the Department of Defense and intelligence community. Additionally, as part of the transaction, Core One’s workforce will expand to approximately 500 people, including the addition of Calhoun’s team, and Calhoun’s chief financial officer will transition to vice president of Core One’s national security defense programs.
