    • Advised HUB Cybersecurity in connection with a series of post-SPAC litigations pending in New York courts, including a securities class action.
    • Represented Ceragon Networks, a wireless transport solutions company, in connection with a commercial dispute.
    • Advised UVeye, an Israeli growth stage company developing imaging hardware and software technology for the automotive industry, in developing its patent/IP portfolio.
    • Advise numerous Israeli companies (from start-ups to Unicorns and publicly traded companies) as well as their investors (e.g., VC firms), in connection with IP, regulatory and corporate matters (e.g., venture capital and M&A) as they access the U.S. commercial and capital markets.
    • Represented Tremor International Ltd., a global leader in video, data and connected TV advertising, in its $239 million acquisition of California-based marketing technology unit Amobee Inc.
    • Represent monday.com in intellectual property matters.
    • Advise Israeli universities and technical colleges in connection with IP, technology transfer, licensing and M&A.
    • Advise Arieli Capital in various cross-border VC and IP matters.
    • Represent Salt Security, Inc. in intellectual property matters.
    • Represent an Israeli digital security company in connection with U.S. data privacy regulations.
    • Provide mentorship at Israeli accelerators, boot camps and incubators in areas of IP and VC for startups.
    • Advised UK-based RhythmOne Plc, a multiscreen digital advertising platform, in its $140 million merger with Taptica International, a business founded in Israel (now named Tremor International).
    • Represented Grow Mobile, a San Francisco-based ad buying platform, in its sale to Tel Aviv-founded Perion Network Ltd.
    • Represented inContact, Inc. in its $940 million acquisition by Israel-based NICE Systems, creating a fully integrated and complete cloud contact center solution suite.
  • Life Sciences
    • Advised FDNA Telehealth, a digital health and AI company focused on rare diseases and genetic conditions, in connection with intellectual property and regulatory issues.
    • Advised Fairtility, a company focused on machine learning applications directed to fertility treatments, in connection with creating its patent portfolio.
    • Represented Teva Pharmaceuticals in numerous commercial disputes, including as insured in a suite of 11 ad-hoc arbitrations concerning a denial of coverage in a pharmaceutical-related insurance policy excess tower, and in a post-closing dispute related to a $40 billion acquisition of a generics business.
    • Representing an Israeli telehealth company in connection with intellectual property, U.S. healthcare regulations, and corporate governance matters.
    • Representing an Israeli biotech company in connection with its patent portfolio.
    • Represented a marketing and sales executive of an Israeli pharmaceutical company in a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice.
  • National Security
    • Represents U.S. subsidiaries of both Israel’s largest defense contractors, and mid-tier and startup defense and homeland security contractors, as they grow in the United States.
    • Led the government relations strategy that convinced the U.S. Army to acquire a client’s system as an interim solution to fill a capability gap, providing over $300 million in value to the client.
    • Convinced the U.S. Air Force to shift its acquisition strategy to acquire a new Israeli-produced aerostructure instead of reusing and older system.
    • Advised Israeli companies as they navigated the CFIUS process related to acquiring a U.S. defense contractor and in applying for and obtaining a U.S. facility clearance.
    • Helped U.S. subsidiaries of an Israeli contractor navigate the licensing processes related to the export of U.S.-produced systems to Israel during both peace and wartime, as well as helped navigate efforts to obtain emergency authorities for the acquisition of key components.
    • Representing an Israeli cyber defense company in connection with a SAFETY Act award.
  • Energy
    • Represented Shikun & Binui USA in its purchase from Capital Dynamics of 108MW in California of a solar portfolio consisting of two projects Beacon II (59.6 MWdc) and Beacon V (48.2 MWdc).
    • Represented Shikun & Binui USA in a transaction to acquire 100% of the Brazoria West Solar Project with 260 megawatts of planned solar energy productivity from Savion, part of Macquarie’s Green Investment Group. Pillsbury advised on the acquisition as well as the debt financing and tax equity financing.
    • Representing an Israeli development company in connection with investments in U.S. solar projects.
  • Financial Services
    • Represented the managing board of an Israeli bank’s Swiss subsidiary on issues related to an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for possible facilitation of tax evasion by U.S. account holders.
    • Acting for an Israeli-founded transatlantic cryptocurrency business on all of its English law/English Courts/Arbitration matters, concerning lending of cryptocurrency to institutional borrowers, recovery of cryptocurrencies from various decentralized investment platforms, claims against its former advisers, claims concerning subscriptions to its funding rounds, and numerous other commercial disputes.
    • Representing a major Israeli Fintech company in an English Commercial Court claim concerning the overpayment of funds to a customer following a change in central bank currency rates and in relation to other English law commercial disputes.
    • Acting for an Israeli HNW individual in relation to the recovery of money invested into a fraudulent real estate investment scheme.
  • Lobbying
    • Helped U.S. subsidiaries of Israeli companies secure hundreds of millions of dollars in federal budget via congressional and executive branch lobbying.
    • Built relationships for the U.S. subsidiary of an Israeli operational technology cybersecurity contract with key agencies in congressional committees, including the Department of Energy and related oversight committees.
    • Helped an Israeli counter-UAS navigate the process for selling its system in the United States, including to state and local police, and built relationship with the Department of Transportation to address potential concern.
    • Supported an Israeli satellite data company in building key relationships in civilian agencies related to soil moisture and the impact of moisture on U.S. infrastructure.
    • Helped obtain previously stuck export licenses for major Foreign Military Financing sales to an allied country and worked with the Departments of Defense and Commerce to obtain emergency priority authorization for components essential to wartime manufacturing.

    • Acting as counsel for El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. in connection to numerous financing matters governed by New York law.
    • Acting for an Israeli agriculture business on various commercial and shareholder related disputes.
    • Advising on potential claims for recovery of assets in relation to one of Israel’s largest ever bankruptcies.
