Pillsbury attorneys will cover what the outcome of the presidential election means for the market for renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable natural gas (RNG), ethanol, biodiesel and emerging fuels such as methanol and e-fuels.
During this seminar, we will discuss:
- the future of fuel mandates and regulation under the renewable fuel standard and state low carbon fuel standards,
- renewable fuel standard litigation: the future of challenges to small refinery exemptions, standard setting and rulemaking changes, and
- the future of Inflation Reduction Act tax credits, including 45Z, 45V, 45Q and the potential return of the Blenders tax credit.
