Essor, which means ‘taking flight’ in French, will house a portfolio of rapidly growing health & wellness and lifestyle brands that are sold globally across digital marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and on the shelves of leading retailers. The deal provides Essor additional retail expansion capabilities and an innovative marketplace-first technology and data platform.
