Sandro Serra is a leading technology transactions attorney with a rare combination of deep technical fluency, business acumen and legal precision. A partner in Pillsbury’s Intellectual Property group, Sandro advises companies across industries on the development, acquisition, commercialization and governance of emerging technologies—with a particular focus on artificial intelligence.

Before joining Pillsbury, Sandro served as commercial and product counsel at a leading e-commerce SaaS platform, where he negotiated technology deals with many of the world’s largest retailers and digital brands. That in-house experience continues to inform his pragmatic, product-focused approach to complex technology transactions.

Since joining Pillsbury, Sandro has built a practice at the intersection of IP, global sourcing, high-stakes commercial transactions and M&A—making him a trusted advisor to companies at every stage of growth, from early-stage startups to global enterprises.
