Ranking 35 practices among the best in the nation, the Legal 500: U.S. has again recognized Pillsbury as one of the leading law firms in the United States in its 2024 guide. Additionally, 20 Pillsbury attorneys were acknowledged as leading practitioners in their respective fields.
The latest guide bestowed Tier 1 and Tier 2 rankings to the M&A: Middle-Market; Outsourcing; Insurance; Government Contracts; Aviation: Finance; and Aviation: Litigation and Regulation practices. Among the numerous impressive practice rankings, the firm was also named a “Firm to Watch” for the Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy and Media, Technology and Telecommunications practices.
The guide’s Hall of Fame directory honored five Pillsbury attorneys: Christopher Wall (International Trade); James Alberg (Outsourcing); Aaron Oser (Outsourcing); John Heisse (Construction); and Mark Lessard (Aviation: Finance). Nancy Fischer (International Trade); Jonathan Russo (M&A); John Barton (Outsourcing); Elizabeth Zimmer (Outsourcing); Charles Donley (Aviation: Litigation and Regulation); and Josh Romanow (Aviation: Litigation and Regulation) were also praised as Leading Lawyers in the 2024 guide. Another seven—Tamara Bruno (Insurance); Matthew Rabinowitz (International Trade); Aaron Hutman (International Trade); Jarrod Murphy (M&A); Charles Conrad (Construction); Melissa Jones-Prus (Aviation: Finance) and Pat Reisinger (Aviation: Finance)—were hailed as Next Generation Partners and Jessica Nyman (Media, Technology & Telecoms: Regulatory) and Laura Jennings Ochoa (Aviation: Litigation and Regulatory) were named Rising Stars.
