Elorm Sallah is an associate in Pillsbury’s Energy practice.
Elorm’s work focuses on regulatory work, renewable fuel regulations and environmental litigation. Through his regulatory work, he provides thorough guidance on complying with NRC regulations, writes license transfer applications and amendments for radioactive materials licensees, supports the drafting of uranium fuel contracts, and supports the partners when representing clients in the adjudicatory stages of proceedings and upon appeal into federal court. He works on renewable fuel regulations concerning (i) incentives, specifically providing regulatory guidance for the Renewable Fuels Program, state low carbon fuel standards, state and regional cap-and-trade programs, and the drafting of power purchase agreements, and (ii) litigation supporting the representation of entities and renewable fuel trade associations’ interests in court concerning federal regulation. Elorm also works on environmental litigation concerning compliance with Clean Air Act permitting violations and natural resource damages claims under the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act.
