Our attorneys advise government contractors, both small and large, on the unique government preferences, programs and regulations affecting small businesses in the federal marketplace.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) oversees a complex array of laws and regulations designed to prioritize the purchase of goods and services from small businesses. These laws and regulations implement the statutory goal of awarding 23 percent of all federal procurement dollars to small business concerns.
We draw on a deep bench and a wealth of experience to address the myriad small business procurement issues arising under SBA and Veterans Affairs programs. Our team includes a former co-chair and current vice-chair of the American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section’s small business programs committee.
