At COP28, 22 countries signed a declaration to triple nuclear energy capacity by 2050, recognizing the key role of nuclear energy in reaching net zero. Advanced nuclear technologies will be a key contributor to implementing this pledge.

Two panel discussions will address (1) the potential for AI to speed up the permitting, design and construction of advanced nuclear reactors and (2) recent policy mandates and legal and regulatory developments impacting the advanced nuclear industry.
