Pillsbury advised A10 Networks, a provider of security and infrastructure solutions for on-premises, hybrid cloud and edge-cloud environments, in its recent acquisition of the assets and key personnel of ThreatX Protect.
The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
ThreatX Protect provides a unique web application and application programming interface (API) protection (WAAP) solution using behavioral and risk profiling to help protect enterprises from evolving threats, including threats to AI applications. The acquisition is expected to expand A10’s cybersecurity portfolio with WAAP to help customers address the rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape, as reported by a press release.
