In the 2024 edition of the Chambers Asia-Pacific guide, Pillsbury's Tokyo office earned three practice rankings and four firm lawyers were recognized as leading practitioners in the region.

The firm received rankings in each of the Japan Construction, Japan Projects & Energy and Japan Banking & Finance: International categories. In addition, individual lawyers were ranked as follows:
