Pillsbury advised AT&T Ventures, the venture capital branch of AT&T, in connection with its recent Series A strategic investment into Derq Inc., the leading provider of real-time AI-powered intelligent transportation system, or ITS, solutions.
e& capital participated as an investor, in addition to AT&T. The raised funds will be used to expand Derq’s operations in the U.S., Middle East, and beyond, and accelerate the company’s investments in product development and growing its intellectual property portfolio, as reported by a press release.
