Kendy Chan advises emerging growth and technology companies on a variety of corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, venture capital financing, tender offers, and mergers and acquisitions.
Kendy’s experience also includes public debt offerings and ’33 and ’34 Act reporting, as well as other public and private securities offerings. He works with a wide range of clients and industries, including software and hardware development, SaaS, digital media and entertainment, decentralized platforms, electric vehicles, carbon-marketplace APIs and artificial intelligence, among other emerging and disruptive technologies.
