Willie Almack is an associate whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and representing institutional investors in connection with commitments to a variety of investment funds.

Willie also advises clients on other corporate and transactional matters, including fund formation and venture capital financings.

Representative Experience

  • Represented various U.S. governmental pension plans, including CalPERS, LACERA, the Public Employees’ Retirement Association of Colorado, the Missouri Education Pension Trust and the NYC Public Pension Funds, in connection with investments in private equity, private credit, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds.
  • Represented Ventura Foods in connection with its acquisition of DYMA Brands, an Atlanta-based leader in liquid portion control and bulk condiments, seasonings and dry blend mixes for the food service industry.
