Thomas R. Morris focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including capital markets, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and securities law compliance.
He represents companies in a wide range of industries, including blockchain/cryptocurrency, DAOs (decentralized autonomous organizations), video game, SaaS, semiconductor, fintech and non-fungible tokens. He also advises investment funds in formation and operational matters and limited partners in making investments in private equity, venture capital and hedge funds.

- Represented Robin Systems, Inc., a developer of an application virtualization platform designed to provide data infrastructure and management services, in its acquisition by Rakuten Symphony, Inc.
- Represented Elisity, an identity-based micro-segmentation company, in connection with its $37 million Series B funding round led by Insight Partners.
- Represented Bilt Rewards, the leading loyalty platform specializing in rent and neighborhood rewards, in its $200 million Series Growth 3 financing, which increased its valuation to $3.1 billion.
