Ryan represents a wide range of clients on litigation disputes. He has successfully tried complex commercial litigation cases as both first and second chair as both plaintiff and defendant in matters that involve breach of contract, professional negligence, tortious interference, securities and common law fraud, partnership disputes, shareholder and derivative disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, and violation of relevant consumer laws, including the DTPA. His work includes matters before state and federal courts and arbitral panels.
