  • Represented Petvisor, a veterinary and pet services business management and client engagement software platform, in its $100 million funding round.
  • Represented Remi Labs, a software platform and marketplace that streamlines the bidding process for homeowners seeking new roofing services from contractors, in its $21 million Series A financing.
  • Represented Schematic, a customer software management platform that enables users to automate and manage flags, cohorts, packaging iterations and verifies the CI and CD pipeline, in its $3.5 million equity financing and $4.8 million Series Seed financing.
  • Represented Canal Partners in connection with its investment in SaaS Partner Sales Acceleration solution Allbound’s $43 million financing.
  • Represented Sequence Arts & Technologies, a technology company building a new way to collaborate on video, in its $5 million Series Seed financing.
  • Represented Pacific GeneTech, a developer of next-generation vaccines and biologics for unmet needs in food safety and animal health, in its $10 million equity financing.

  • Represented Qualer, Inc., a SaaS solution for asset management for life sciences lab equipment, in its acquisition by MasterControl Solutions, Inc.
  • Represented Normalyze, Inc., a leading cybersecurity and compliance company, in its acquisition by Proofpoint, Inc.
  • Represented Airgap Networks, the leader in cybersecurity solutions for business-critical networks, in its acquisition by Zscaler Inc.
  • Represented CPBuild Enterprises, a leading data-driven design, supply chain and installation services provider, in its acquisition of Precision Carpentry & Design.
  • Represented DataCapable, a SaaS company specializing in threat and outage mapping, in its acquisition by Bill Potter, founder of Thrive Advisors.
  • Represented Sentynl Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, in its acquisition of CUTX-101 from Cyprium Therapeutics, Inc. and in its acquisition of NULIBRY from BridgeBio Pharma Inc.
  • Represented EMCORE Corporation, a leading aerospace, defense, communications and sensing markets provider, in its $55 million asset acquisition of KVH Industries.
  • Represented MSUITE, a construction technology company, in its acquisition by Stanley Black & Decker.
  • Represented a VoIP software company serving veterinary health and pet services industries in its $10 million merger.
  • Represented a technology company that provides event and threat detection solutions for utilities, government, business and public safety, in its $12 million stock acquisition.
  • Represented National University, a private nonprofit institution that caters to working adults, in its merger with Northcentral University.
  • Represented a private equity fund in its $160 million acquisition of a large brewery and distillery located in California.
• Hospitality
  • Represented CoralTree, one of the top independent hospitality management companies in the United States, in more than 100 deals in the past four years, including negotiating the hotel management agreements for Pier Sixty-Six, located in Fort Lauderdale, Everline Resort & Spa, located in North Lake Tahoe, Suncadia Resort, located in Cle Elum, and Lake Nona Wave Hotel, located in Orlando, Florida, and others.
  • Represented Reef Capital Partners, a commercial real estate investment company, in its management and franchise arrangement with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury & lifestyle portfolio, and global real estate investment and hospitality management company Highgate for the famous Coco Palms Resort in Kauai.
  • Represented DMBH Residential Investment LLC in its arrangement with Marriott for a new Ritz-Carlton Residences in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, which was one of the largest hospitality deals in the state.
  • Represented manager in negotiating a hotel management agreement for a new luxury hotel in Gansevoort, Turks and Caicos.
