Hongxi Wang is focused in corporate law, with a practice concentrated on emerging companies and venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
Hongxi works with a variety of public and private company clients, in sectors such as space technology, artificial intelligence, life sciences, health care, digital health, fintech, SaaS, edtech, e-commerce, cybersecurity, media and entertainment and video games. He advises entrepreneurs, startup companies and investors through all stages of their lifecycle, from formation, venture capital financings, private equity investments and exit. Hongxi also advises on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions for various clients.

- Represented Stoke Space Technologies, developer of reusable rockets, in connection with its $260 million Series C financing, as well as its prior $100 million Series B financing led by Industrious Ventures.
- Represented Thyme Care, a value-based care enabler, in connection with its $95 million Series C financing.
- Represented Matt Kalish in connection with the formation and $11 million investment in FaZe Media, an eSports and gaming media company.
