Brianna Walsh focuses her practice on complex general and commercial litigation matters.
Brianna handles complex general and commercial litigation, providing comprehensive guidance, from pre-filing case strategy through trial and appeal. Brianna has substantial experience handling high-stakes matters, having prepared and argued numerous dispositive motions and appeals, including cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division for the First and Second Departments, and a certiorari petition in the U.S. Supreme Court. Drawing on her extensive practice in New York state and federal courts, Brianna helps clients address multifaceted legal and business issues, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to navigate complex litigation effectively.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Brianna was in private practice at both an Am Law 50 firm and an appellate litigation firm.
