Benjamin Whitlow is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice and is located in the Northern Virginia office.

During law school, Benjamin served as the Senior Production Editor of The George Washington Law Review. He also participated in various student organizations, including the Moot Court Board, Mock Trial Board, and the Government Contracts Student Association. Benjamin also served as a legal intern at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Civil Division and at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel.

  • Represented ACON Investments in connection with its acquisition of a controlling stake in True Religion, a global lifestyle, apparel, and accessories brand.
  • Represented Numerica Corporation, a provider of missile defense system technology, in connection with its acquisition by Anduril Industries.
