Jeff advises clients on innovative technology matters. He structures and negotiates transactions for IT and business process outsourcing services; SaaS and other cloud services; large-scale systems licensing, implementation and support (e.g., ERP, e-commerce, CRM, POS); technology joint ventures; and co-branding/marketing agreements. His clients span a wide range of industries, including retailers, financial institutions, utilities and nonprofits.
Representative Experience
- Restructured an IT infrastructure outsourcing agreement for a food industry client, resulting in more than $50 million in savings and improved performance requirements.
- Assisted a financial services industry client in structuring and negotiating joint venture and related agreements for a new mission-critical technology platform.
- Negotiated a greenfield ERP license and related SaaS services, together with implementation and hosting agreements, for a retail chain.
