Pillsbury attorneys advise banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of commodity finance transactions and an array of collateral categories, including livestock, agricultural, steel, mining and energy products. Our firm is a recognized leader in the transportation sector, with extensive experience representing foreign airlines and lenders in aircraft financings supported by European and Asian ECAs and U.S. Ex-Im Bank. We also represent borrowers and lenders on ECA financings for the export of U.S.-content goods and services. Always at the forefront of innovative export credit, we helped a multinational bank develop the first capital markets financing supported by the U.S. Ex-Im Bank guaranty and we regularly represent clients before a variety of export credit agencies and regarding government-sponsored programs involving Japanese Bank for International Cooperation, Korea Exim Bank, Nippon Export and Investment Insurance, Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund, Ministry of Finance Singapore and Brazilian Development Bank.
