In its 19th annual Top Firms Report, Yale Law Women+ recognized Pillsbury as one of just three firms to be recognized in the Advancement category for 2024.

The Top Firms Report stands for the commitment of YLW+ to promote the interests of women and under-represented attorneys, not just at Yale Law School, but in the legal profession as a whole.

Pillsbury brings innovation to more than just its legal work. That same pioneering vision directs the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Diversity is a defining trait amongst firm leadership: attorneys of color, women attorneys and LGBTQ+ attorneys lead practices and offices and serve on influential firm committees. Year after year, Pillsbury’s inclusion programs are recognized by Vault, the National Association of Female Executives and the Human Rights Campaign, among other organizations.
