Rahman Connelly Named to American Bankruptcy Institute’s Prestigious 40 Under 40 List

The prestigious honor identifies 40 top industry professionals under the age of 40. To be considered for inclusion, nominations highlighting a range of the nominee’s qualities and characteristics are judged by a diverse steering committee of insolvency professionals.

Honorees will be recognized at the ABI’s 2024 Winter Leadership Conference on December 15, 2024 at The Phoenician Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Connelly’s practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring and bankruptcy litigation. He represents clients in bankruptcy, restructuring and bankruptcy litigation matters and has significant experience advising ad hoc bondholder groups, official committees of unsecured creditors, chapter 11 debtors, foreign representatives in chapter 15 cases, and various other parties in interest. Additionally, he has represented major constituencies in complex bankruptcies and high-stakes litigation across the country.
