Marking the firm’s fifth inclusion, Seramount has again named Pillsbury a “Best Company for Multicultural Women.” Most notably, of the 80 companies named to the 2024 list, Pillsbury was the only law firm included.
Seramount’s Best Companies for Multicultural Women tracks corporations’ progress in creating cultures that encourage multicultural women to join and rise through the ranks. Participating organizations received scores on key areas including workforce profile, recruitment, retention and advancement and company culture & accountability.

Year after year, Pillsbury’s inclusion efforts are recognized by Vault.com, the National Association of Female Executives and the Human Rights Campaign, among other organizations. This recognition as a 2024 Best Company for Multicultural Women is the latest of many by Seramount, including acknowledgement as, most recently, a Best Law Firm for Women and Diversity.
