Pillsbury advised Rancher Labs in a $40 million investment round which was led by Telstra Ventures, a Rancher Labs customer and one of Australia’s largest telecommunications companies.

The round also included existing investors Mayfield, Nexus Venture Partners, GRC SinoGreen and F&G Ventures.

The latest round gives the company $95 million in funding since its founding.

The funding will be used to expand Rancher Labs’ product innovation, increase investment in go-to-market activities and to accelerate market expansion.

The Pillsbury team was led by Silicon Valley Corporate partner Allison Leopold Tilley and included Lisa Higa and associate Supriya Krishnan.
