In its ongoing campaign against diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, or DEIA, programs, the Trump administration has begun contemplating criminal prosecutions. On February 5, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a memorandum directing the U.S. Department of Justice to explore criminal enforcement options to penalize DEIA in the private sector.
