In a recent interview with Law360, Mark Krotoski, a Litigation partner, who leads the Cartel Enforcement Team, and former assistant chief in the DOJ’s Antitrust Division’s National Criminal Enforcement program, discussed the increased antitrust enforcement focus on pricing recommendation algorithms.

“We’re seeing more and more algorithms and AI being used to determine price,” Krotoski said.
