Join white collar litigator Carolina Fornos as she joins bankruptcy Judge David Jones (SDNY) and frequent bankruptcy trustee Chris Murray for a panel discussion on “Whose Money Is It: The Federal Government or the Bankruptcy Estate? How Asset Forfeiture Affects Bankruptcy Distributions,” with Adine Momoh serving as moderator. The panelists will explore these conflicts, as well as possible strategies to resolve them (including coordination and cooperation agreements).
