California's Approach to the Multistate Tax Base

Hosted by the California Lawyers Association, this program will examine California's approach to determining the multistate tax base, including apportionment and revenue sourcing. The program will provide an overview of California's current methodology, and discuss previous approaches used and the evolution of California's methodology to the present day. The seminar will also explore the tax policy implications of California's approach.
