2025 ABI International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium

On January 23 – 25, partners Rahman Connelly, Patrick Fitzmaurice, John Pintarelli, Dania Slim and Andrew Troop will attend the 2025 ABI International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium. Rahman will join a panel to discuss “Where Jurisdiction Reigns Supreme: Planning a Cross-Border Proceeding Post-Purdue” on Friday, January 24, from 9:30 am – 10:30 am, and on Saturday, January 25, from 8:00 am – 9:15 am, Patrick will be moderating the panel, “Show Me the Money: Litigation Finance in International Insolvency – Challenges and Opportunities.” Dania also serves on the advisory board for ABI’s International Caribbean Insolvency Symposium.
