Will Chandler’s practice includes trade remedies litigation, providing representation and counsel to companies and governments in U.S. trade remedy proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as in appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade. Will also has experience with customs matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
As a former corporate lawyer, Will Chandler understands the commercial challenges clients face beyond trade matters. He has worked on capital markets and complex finance transactions, as well as major chapter 11 bankruptcy cases at a large international law firm. He has experience in both legal and non-legal roles at technology, apparel and shipping companies.
