Ari Berman is the co-chair of Pillsbury’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement practice and ESG team, and head of the Israel team. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on defending clients in shareholder disputes and investigations involving federal securities laws.

Rahman Connelly’s practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring, and bankruptcy litigation.

Hugh McDonald’s practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts and litigation, including navigating through some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy cases.

Dania Slim helps clients maximize value by using her bankruptcy, real estate, litigation and corporate skills in both the transactional and restructuring worlds. Dania also co-leads Pillsbury’s Attorneys of Color Network and is one of Pillsbury’s leaders in distressed real estate acquisitions and “rescue capital” transactions.

Jon Doolittle focuses on all aspects of insolvency, restructuring and workouts, representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcies and state courts, out-of-court-restructurings, and in complex business disputes.

James Dickinson focuses his practice on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring while utilizing his engineering background to solve complex business problems.
