Sacha also has deep experience advising issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers on debt issuances in the capital markets. His breadth of capital markets experience includes various types of debt offerings in the investment-grade and high-yield markets, both secured and unsecured, as well as issuances of asset-backed securities.

While his primary focus is on debt transactions, Sacha’s practice also extends to public company reporting matters. He is adept at guiding clients through ’33 and ’34 Act reporting and compliance, as well as compliance with Nasdaq and NYSE listing rules, particularly for distressed issuers.

• Represented Concentrix Corporation in its issuance of $2.1 billion of unsecured notes to finance its acquisition of Webhelp, in a transaction valued at $4.8 billion.
• Represented Movella Holdings, Inc. in its business combination with Pathfinder Acquisition Corp.
• Advised Diamond Sports Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and the largest owner of regional sports networks in the United States, in connection with a series of debt restructuring transactions totaling over $4 billion.
• Represented Rockley Photonics, a leading global silicon photonics technology company, in its $1.2 billion combination with SC Health Corp.
