As a member of the Real Estate Group, Robert regularly represents institutional investors, developers and other owners and operators of commercial real estate in a variety of complex commercial real estate matters, including development, acquisition, joint ventures, leasing, financing and disposition of office, alternative energy, industrial, retail, multifamily residential and mixed-use properties throughout the United States.

Robert is also a member of Pillsbury’s PropTech team, which is focused on the application of information technology, online platforms and digitization to the real estate industry.

- Represented private investment fund in joint venture with foreign equity funds manager in sale of premier office asset for $300 million.
- Represented private investment fund in purchase and financing of office complex valued at more than $160 million.

- Represented numerous borrowers in construction and permanent loans.
