Rhonda Nelson leads Pillsbury’s Human Resources operations worldwide, providing strategic oversight and management that spans the firm’s talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. As the firm’s senior-most HR professional, she collaborates closely with senior firm leadership to ensure personnel-related questions and issues are resolved in alignment with Pillsbury’s strategic growth objectives as well as its collaborative and high-performing culture.

Before joining Pillsbury, Rhonda oversaw HR operations across multiple offices for one of the largest staffing companies in the United States. In her various roles there, she supported hundreds of employees and managed complex HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, HR strategy and compliance.
