Olivia M. Fong focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

Olivia works with a variety of public and private clients, including tech companies and startups, primarily in the artificial intelligence, climatetech, gaming, renewable energy, SaaS and semiconductor sectors. In addition to her company-side representation, she also advises venture capital firms and strategic investors on their investments in early-stage to late-stage companies.
