Nicole Steinberg is a jack-of-all trades, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation, while seamlessly tapping into her regulatory background as her clients’ needs evolve.

Nicole primarily litigates complex commercial disputes in industries such as real estate and hospitality. Whether clients find themselves playing the role of plaintiff or defendant, she provides support throughout the full life cycle of a case, leveraging motions practice, discovery, trial and appellate experience. She also represents clients in government investigations pursued by agencies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Leaning on her time at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), she also helps clients avoid costly litigation, advising on compliance with federal and state employment laws and strategizing defenses to discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims.
