Nathan's practice focuses on high-stakes litigation, including employment, insurance recovery, civil rights and constitutional law. Nathan is experienced in motion and appellate practice, discovery management and arbitration/ADR.
Before law school, Nathan studied Jewish and Islamic law and literature in Israel, Lebanon and the Palestinian Territories. As a law student, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston in the Major Crimes Unit, for Justice Barbara Jaffe on the New York County Supreme Court (Civil Division), and with the Advancement Project on prison condition reform.
