As the firmwide Middle East practice leader, Nadia advises clients across the EMEA region on a wide array of matters, helping achieve their objectives both locally and internationally.

Drawing on the firm’s diverse practice areas across our platform, Nadia’s representations cover a broad range of legal and business issues. However, she is particularly well-known for her work on sports, media and entertainment matters. Nadia regularly advises clients on sponsorship deals, representing both sponsors and the recipients of sponsorships, and on all aspects of media production, content acquisition, rights issues and distribution across all media platforms, including on distribution and production/co-production deals for film and television projects.

  • Represented a major rights holder in connection with the engagement of celebrity influencers and other celebrity participants for the purposes of promoting and advertising a major Middle Eastern sporting event via various media platforms.
  • Advising a global beauty company on all aspects of its Middle Eastern operations and corporate structure, including undertaking a review of corporate governance structures across all regional entities, assisting with the consolidation of its distribution network across the GCC region, reviewing, negotiating, and/or terminating distribution agreements, and reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of other key commercial agreements with third-party suppliers and service providers.
  • Localizing template commercial agreements for an international arena management company operating in the Middle East, including the preparation of a template sponsorship agreement for use in a multi-tier sponsorship deal.
