Marcus leverages his past experience advising real estate investors to offer a rare combination of sincere intentionality with pragmatic solutions. Through cross-collaborative efforts, he assists companies with U.S. export controls and sanctions compliance, CFIUS review, and contractors participating in state, federal and international procurements.   • Successfully assisted clients with due diligence associated with CFIUS review of international mergers and acquisitions;
  • Tracking of OFAC, BIS and DOJ enforcement actions involving export controls and sanctions violations; and
  • Federal bid protests at the GAO and the COFC involving price realism and fixed-price incentive contracts for construction and information technology procurements.
