Macarena Fink focuses her practice on a high-stakes commercial litigation matters for corporate clients.
Macarena represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with particular experience in breach of contract and other business-to-business disputes. She has represented clients in both federal and state court. She also has experience representing clients in government investigations.
Prior to attending law school, Macarena worked in public relations and marketing for corporate clients, with a focus on Latin American companies. Drawing on this experience, Macarena assists clients in navigating the reputational risk that can come from litigation and investigations.
