Kelsey Parker is an associate who focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and venture capital financings.
Kelsey has experience advising clients on corporate transactions and leading corporate governance projects, including internal reorganizations and pro-bono matters. Kelsey’s experience includes working with clients in the government contracts sector on contract novations following the completion of transactions. Before joining Pillsbury, Kelsey worked at another international law firm.
