- Represented prominent companies, including Fosun Tourism, Genscript, Wuhan Youji, Yues International, Cherish Sunshine, Babytree, Tianqi Lithium, Mega Genomics, Liaoning Port (formerly known as Dalian Port), Phoenix TV, Phoenix New Media, SinoMab BioScience, Inkeverse (formerly known as Ink), Languang Justbon, among others, in handling ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong post-listing.
Secondary Offering Projects
- Represented SinoMab Science, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research and development of immunology drugs, in its issuance of HK$100 million convertible bonds due in 2022.

- Represented Liaoning Port on its acquisition of Yingkou Port (the second-largest port in Northeast China) through the issuance of A-shares, with a transaction value of approximately RMB 16.7 billion.
- Represented Languang Hejun Group in the sale of its 65.04% controlling stake in Languang Justbon to Country Garden Services.
- Represented Languang Justbon in handling the mandatory general offer made by Country Garden Services and the delisting process from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Represented Phoenix Media Investment (Holdings) Limited, a Chinese television network provider listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Phoenix New Media Limited, a new media company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, in the $448 million sale of 32% of the equity in Particle Inc., operator of the Chinese personalized news and lifestyle app Yidian Zixun, to Run Liang Tai Management Limited.
- Initial Public Offering (IPO) Projects
- Assisted Pizu Group, a company primarily engaged in the production and sale of explosives and related services in China and Tajikistan, as well as mining, processing and selling mineral products in China, in its application to transfer from the GEM board to the main board under Chapter 9B of the latest Listing Rules (providing legal advice to underwriters).
- Represented Mega Genomics Limited, the largest consumer genetic testing platform in China in terms of the cumulative number of tests administered, on its $27.56 million global offering and IPO on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. China Securities International acted as the sole sponsor for this transaction.
