Jake’s practice focuses on construction litigation. Before joining Pillsbury, he was an associate at a reputable construction law firm, where he focused on construction and government matters.

Jake has prosecuted and defended against claims for delay, disruption, differing site conditions, defective work, design errors and omissions, and prevailing wage violations in proceedings before state and federal courts, arbitration panels and mediation.

Representative Experience

  • Prosecuted subcontractor delay and inefficiency claim against prime contractor on project involving the construction of a manufacturing and storage facility, resulting in a favorable settlement.
