Debby’s broad practice includes complex commercial, real estate, environmental, construction, corporate, fiduciary and health care disputes, and international arbitrations.

- Obtained dismissal on summary judgment of half a billion dollars in tribal claims in closely-watched natural resource damages case for client in ED Wash.
- Obtained complete defense victory for home oxygen provider in $120 million claim arising out of Medicare Advantage members’ use of oxygen equipment.
- Led trial team in a complete defense victory for a trust company in a highly publicized lawsuit brought by members of a prominent family who sought millions of dollars in damages and to remove the trustee.

- Obtained complete win on behalf of an investment fund in a matter arising out of the sale of a major commercial office center.
- Prevailed in the defense of an international manufacturer of paper production machinery in litigation seeking to enjoin the sale of a paper plant.
